Registration
- Registration Fee: USD 100.00 per delegate
- The registration fee is your admission to the forum events including Opening Ceremony, International Show, Bazaars, Food Court, Seminar, Closing Ceremony and to the Hong Kong Disneyland Theme Park.
- Registrants will receive an official forum kit which contains delegate name badge, forum program, forum badge, souvenir, activity book and certificate of attendance. The official name badge also entitles the delegate for the use of shuttle buses.
- Deadline for registration: October 30, 2008.
- Registration for Forum cannot be cancelled, but can be transferred to other registrants.
- All changes (name change, arrival/departure revision, etc.) must be submitted in writing by November 15, 2008.
Booking of Headquarter Hotel
- Thank you for booking your hotels through 47th OSEAL Forum Organizing Committee. Guests at Headquarter Hotel will have free shuttle transportation to all official forum events.
- Delegates will be assigned to their requested on hotels on a first-come, first-served basis through September 30, 2008, our official tour operator can assist with your booking.
- In addition to at least one adult registration fee, a hotel deposit in the amount of 1 hotel room night rate per room is required to guarantee the reservation. The deposit will be credited to the hotel bill at checkout.
- The deadline for refunds of hotel deposits is October 20, 2008. Failure to cancel by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your hotel deposit.
